eXtreem CORE

A 45-minute workout in which you get your whole body a big boost! Xcore is an effective workout for your entire core, the trunk of your body. The stronger your core, the stronger you are as a whole. We’ll put on a whimsy mousy, you take your Xcore trainer in your hand and off we go! The red tube, filled with grit, makes the training extra challenging. We will work dynamically, energetically and explosively for 45 minutes. Discover what your body is all about and enjoy the energy that the training gives you.

The Xcore lesson is given on Tuesday 8 pm, Thursday 6 pm and on Sunday 11 am.
