A positive influence on school performance, self-image and more
Fitness is a fairly new branch in the exercise culture. Many young people between the ages of 10 and 16 get the opportunity to practice a sport. They are going to play football, tennis or volleyball and why not work out?

Puberty is a period of physical changes. During this period a height and weight gain takes place. The body proportions change.

Because mainly the neck, arms and legs grow, the child may appear a bit lanky. The youth must learn to deal with a body that is changing. Fitness is an excellent tool to guide those changes. Movement is important, also for the youth! Attention is paid to cardio fitness, so that the muscles have little resistance to process and are trained for endurance instead of strength.
A fitness circuit is also done as muscle strengthening exercises. This is anatomical and age appropriate. So we’ll DEFINITELY NOT be doing heavy strength training for muscle building. The advantages of youth fitness are in particular the group form, speed and variety in which the classes are offered.

We use a special youth rate for this form of fitness.
